Due to the “personal” nature of crystals, essential oils, natural health & beauty and many of the other products that we sell, our return policy is as follows:

If an order arrives damaged or in a condition that is not within reasonable expectation based on the website description, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product
is returned in proper condition to that which it was shipped.

You are free to choose the preferred compensation method, and we reserve the
right to change the list of available compensation options depending on the
items returned, customer location, banking peculiarities, or other reasons
that may create difficulties or inconveniences for Love and Crystals LLC or for our customers.

Replacement · we will replace the item with a like item of better or similar quality, size and color.
Cash/CC refund · we will return the cost of the item purchased including tax
Gift card · we will issue a gift card equal to or above the cost of the item to be used on our site or in store.

We will compensate any shipping charges in the case of returning damaged, faulty or incorrect items.

Customer will be liable for shipping charges on any request for a return that is accepted as a policy exception.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original
condition and processed your return.

Once it is determined that the condition of the returned item is appropriate, you will receive compensation within 10 business days.
